When Sikwa became the top-ranked restaurant in Costa Rica, I joined them to manage their press events and share their story of indigenous-rooted cuisine. Over the course of a year, our PR campaigns made Sikwa the most talked-about table in the country, securing coverage in Forbes and highlighting their spot on Latin America's 50 Best list.
